Shipping policy
At Airport Style, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as the journeys you’re preparing for. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we’ll always notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to customers in Switzerland, with select international shipping available.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Switzerland, with no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and we have no control over their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Support@airportstyle.ch with your order number, and we’ll work with the courier to track it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Airport Style is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@airportstyle.ch and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
