Return Policy

We want you to love what you order from Airport Style. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy to send it back.

14-Day Return Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

After 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Support@airportstyle.ch with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether it’s approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item you received is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from it.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us at Support@airportstyle.ch within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging where possible. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the item you’re after without waiting on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us

Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe above, please first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at Support@airportstyle.ch.
